Mr Loo Lip Giam, together with his
wife, founded Focus Network Agencies
(Singapore) Pte Ltd (“FNA”) in 1991. Prior
to that, Mr Loo, a registered professional
engineer (civil engineering) by training,
was with a firm of consulting engineers
for 6 years, and moved on to join Vickers
Ballas Pte Ltd as Vice-President in 1987.
Under Mr Loo’s leadership, the FNA Group
has since grown into a business with
turnover of S$146 million, a portfolio of
more than 35 internationally renowned
brands, a staff of 400 and a distribution
network that extends into most of Indo
China, South-East and North-East Asia
and as far west as India. Its subsidiaries
have also expanded into the distribution of
wines, spirits and branded bathroom and
kitchen solutions.
FNA is the founder and operator of
Singapore’s first chocolate boutique, The
Cocoa Trees, offering the widest selection
of internationally renowned brands under
one roof.

Tang Hai Hwa Teresa Esther

Ms Esther Tang-Loo, a graduate of
NUS (BA, Economics), comes from a
management background in retailing
with Isetan, Sime Darby, Delifrance and
Duty Free Singapore (“DFS”) where she
was responsible for brand management,
marketing, product launches and sales of
branded FMCG products. At DFS, she was
in-charge of the chocolates division. It was
after her stint at DFS that she started FNA
with her husband in 1991.
At FNA, Ms Tang is responsible for
overseeing marketing, public relations and
retail operations. She is very involved in
community work with schools, churches
and charitable organizations with FNA
being a partner of many fund raising
exercises.

Wong Ngiam Foo

Mr Wong Ngiam Foo, a graduate
from Macquarie University, Australia
(BEC, Accounting), has over 20 years
of experience in audit, management
consultancy and corporate finance with
Coopers and Lybrand, Prime Venture
Resources and Macquarie Bank. He has
also held senior management positions in
a futures brokerage and F&B business.
Mr Wong joined FNA in October 2003 and
is in-charge of the FNA Group’s finance,
treasury, tax and accounting functions. He
is also responsible for overseeing business
development overseas in countries such
as China, Indonesia and India, and takes
charge of special projects such as startups,
joint-ventures and acquisitions.

Ng Soo Noi

Ms Ng Soo Noi oversees the finance,
accounting, tax and treasury functions
of the Group. Ms Ng has over 20 years
of experience in accounting, finance and
auditing. Having started her career as an
auditor with an international accounting
firm, she subsequently moved on to join
a public listed industrial conglomerate
where she held managerial position in
the financial and management accounting
areas.
Prior to joining the Company in October
1999, she was the regional financial
controller of a public listed company where
she spent over 2 years in China overseeing
the finance function of the operations
there.
Ms Ng is a Fellow member of the
Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants (United Kingdom) and a
member of the Institute of Certified Public
Accountants of Singapore. |

Susan Tann Chooi-Li

Ms Susan Tann was appointed to
spearhead the development and operation
of the Gloria Jean’s Coffees business in
June 2009. Prior to that, Ms Tann was
the General Manager of the Swensen’s
business in Singapore. In the 20-year
tenure with the Company, she has been
involved in various aspects of the business
from new concept development, marketing
and brand development to operations, real
estate selection and franchising activities.
Ms Tann holds an International Master of
Business Administration from the University
of South Australia.

Terence Lim Siang How

Mr Terence Lim is responsible for the
Season Group of companies. Prior to
joining the company, he spent many years
with MNCs in the Oil and Gas industry. He
was stationed in China for 6 years where
he spearheaded Van Leeuwen Group’s
growth plans and was also involved in
their joint venture with a Chinese stateowned
enterprise. He subsequently led
RathGibson’s sales network expansion into
Asia Pacific for 2 years before returning to
Van Leeuwen Group’s Singapore Office
in 2007 where he oversaw the Group’s
largest project. He was later appointed
as General Manager, Thailand from 2008
to 2010.

Leck Kim Song

Mr Leck Kim Song is responsible for the
management and operations of Season
Confectionary & Bakery Sdn. Bhd. He has
over 20 years of experience in building,
civil engineering, recreation and resort
development in Singapore, Australia and
Indonesia.
He holds a BSc in Building with Honours
from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh,
and a MSc in Project Management
from the University of Melbourne. He
is a Chartered member of the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK),
the Chartered Institute of Building (UK),
the Chartered Management Institute (UK)
and the Australian Chartered Institute of
Building. He is also a corporate member
of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors
and Valuers. |
