Assistant Restaurant Manager

Assist the Restaurant Manager to achieve efficient operations of the restaurant and to attain the quality in service, food and cleanliness.


  • Maintain quality of food and ice cream by checking on preparation procedures and obtaining feedback from the customers for improvements.
  • Promptly and correctly deliver all orders to guests.
  • Maintain in good condition all equipment and fitting in the restaurant through planning and implementation of maintenance programs. Liaise with assigned contractors on maintenance and servicing of equipment.
  • Develop, coach and train supervisors to meet performance standards.
  • Place orders for restaurant inventories to meet required level and follow strict receiving, checking and storage procedures.


  • Min. 1 year of supervisory experience in western dining.
